Getting Here:

We are located opposite the Miners Arms Pub, just off Meliden Road in a village called Meliden, near Prestatyn. We have a public car park right next to the gym with fully functional security cameras.

FROM RHUDDLAN: Join the A547 at Rhuddlan Golf Club. Continue straight when the road merges into Ffordd Talargoch by Dyserth. As you come into Meliden, turn left onto Ffordd Talargoch at The Miner’s Arms. You will see Saints Health & Fitness on the left.

FROM PRESTATYN: Take the first exit at the roundabout by Aldi onto Meliden Road/A547. Continue straight until you come into Meliden, turn right onto Ffordd Talargoch at The Miner’s Arms. You will see Saints Health & Fitness on the left.
